Suprise all your guests with a Rendang Lamb Roast using the ingredients from the Sashi's Secret Beef Rendang Curry Home Chef Kit.

JUST ADD

• 1.2–1.5 leg of lamb with bone
• 1 box Sashi’s Secret Beef Rendang Curry Home Chef Kit

STEP 1

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C

STEP 2

  • Using the rendang curry paste from the Sashi’s Secret Beef Rendang Curry Home Chef Kit, generously cover the leg of lamb.

STEP 3

  • Once lamb is covered, top with the spice kit for extra flavour.

 STEP 4 

  • Cook for one hour per 1kg, and rest for 20 minutes before carving
