Chicken Curry Pie

Sashi shows how to elevate your left over Sashi's Secret Malaysian Chicken Curry into a delicious Chicken Curry Pie.

 JUST ADD

• Pre-made Sashi’s Secret Malaysian Chicken Curry (as per box instructions)
• 2 sheets store bought puff pastry
• 1 egg, beaten

STEP 1

  •  Preheat your oven to 220°C

STEP 2

  • Choose two bowls to cook your pies in, making sure they are both oven safe.

STEP 3

  • Taking a slightly larger bowl than what you will be cooking the pies in, trace a circle out of each sheet of pastry.

 STEP 4 

  • Fill both your bowls with the leftover Sashi’s Secret Malaysian Chicken Curry  and top each one with the pastry, press down firmly around the edge to seal it.

 STEP 5 

  • Generously brush both pies with the beaten egg before putting in the oven for 10–15minutes.
